Problem:	There is currently no way to determine the size of an NVRAM

Proposal:	Add on page 5 in section 7.1 after line 48:

		"#bytes"

		prop-name, describes the number of bytes the device is 
		capable of storing.

		prop-encoded-array:  An integer, encoded as with encode-int.
		The value is the number of bytes the device can store.
		Typical values are 4K (4096) or 8K (8192).
