Synopsis:       Draft 0.6 of the Interrupt Mapping RP.

Problem:        This recommnended practice attempts to define a
		standard way to describe a systems
		interrupt topology within the OpenFirmware Device Tree.

		This proposal superscedes proposal #321, and
		draft 0.5 of the interrupt mapping recommended practice.
